Data protection

The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the data provided in the contract will be stored and processed for accounting and customer record purposes. The data will be used to comply with legal requirements and to process payments.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for contract processing (in particular, the payment of participation fees). VSC's contractual partners are informed about data protection regulations and are bound by them accordingly.

By registering for a (training) event, the customer agrees to receive ongoing information about VSC's (training) events. This consent can be modified or revoked in writing at any time. The customer further grants revocable consent, which must be in writing, for their first and last name to be published in a participant list and/or shared with other event participants. If cooperation partners are mentioned in the (training) event announcement, the customer grants revocable consent for their listed personal data (in particular, email address and telephone number) to be shared with and used by these cooperation partners for marketing, advertising, and informational purposes. This consent can be revoked in writing at any time. VSC is obligated to forward the revocation to the affected cooperation partners immediately.
