Cancellation policy

Once a customer has made a legally binding registration (regardless of whether the registration has already been confirmed), cancellation is possible up to seven calendar days before the (training) event. This must be done in writing and requires written confirmation of receipt from VSC. The date of receipt by VSC is decisive for determining whether the cancellation was made in a timely manner.

If the customer cancels up to 30 calendar days before the start of the (training) event, 10% of the participation fee is due; if the cancellation occurs between 29 and seven calendar days before the start of the event, 50% of the participation fee is due. Later cancellations are no longer possible, meaning that cancellations sent more than seven working days before the event, but received only on the sixth day before the (training) event or later, are invalid, and the full participation fee is due. The same applies if the customer fails to attend the (training) event.

Nominating a substitute participant is free of charge at any time. Participation by the nominated substitute participant is only possible with the written consent of the VSC, which reserves the right to reject nominated substitute participants.
