FAQ
Frequently asked questions

1. What is the Vienna Study Club (VSC)?

The Vienna Study Club is a continuing education platform for dentists that combines professional standards with genuine exchange and enjoyment of the subject – in the heart of Vienna and at selected locations worldwide.
For us, it's not just about expertise, but also about community.
The VSC is a community for everyone who wants to share their knowledge, learn from each other and grow together.

2. Who can participate?

Anyone who wants to improve – regardless of title or career level.
No invitation needed, no elitist behavior.
Simply book via our website and get started.

3. What distinguishes you from traditional training courses?

We believe that learning is inspiring when the framework is right.
No rigid conference format, no PowerPoint marathon – but real people, relevant content and an environment where it's fun to improve.
Before, during and after the lecture.
And: We live and breathe community – from the first hello to the last message on Instagram.

4. How can I stay informed about upcoming events?

Subscribe to our newsletter , follow us on Instagram – there you'll find insights, updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
Or: Register for free on our website, then you'll always be the first to receive all the information.

5. What formats do you offer?

We have two established formats:

The Quarterlies: Our centerpiece – four times a year in Vienna.

The International Specials: Special events such as our Brazil event, the Mallorca retreat or the KFO special between Munich and Vienna.

6. What does a typical VSC Quarterly event look like?

Most events are two days long and start on Friday at 9:00 AM.
Things get started right away in the morning – compact, relevant, practical.
At midday there is a joint VSC lunch, in the evening a VSC dinner at a special location.
Learning continues on Saturday – with attitude, depth and plenty of room for exchange.

7. Where do the events take place?

The quarterlies take place in a suitable city center hotel in Vienna – tailored to the group size so that everyone can work, learn and exchange ideas optimally.
We don't compromise when it comes to food – not even at lunch.
Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner: quality, enjoyment and atmosphere are part of our concept – not the supporting program.

8. Are there any pictures or videos from the VSC events?

Yes – and good ones at that.
You can find impressions, voices and excerpts on our Instagram channel.
And if you were there, you'll find yourself in many of these pictures – because a StudyClub thrives on its people.

9. How can I book?

Places are limited – and often fill up quickly. Booking early is recommended.

10. Is the VSC also suitable for me if I'm just starting out?

Absolutely. What matters is not your title, but your attitude.
If you're looking to develop yourself further – professionally, personally or entrepreneurially – you've come to the right place.

For those just starting their careers, we have created the Rookie Tariff :
A special price for all dentists whose license/approval was granted no more than 3 years ago.
This makes joining the network easier – and progress all the faster.

11. Are continuing education credits/CME certificates available?

Yes. Participation in the Quarterlies and International Specials is usually certified with CME credits.
You can find details in the booking information for each event.

12. Is there a membership or VSC subscription?

Yes – with the Annual Membership you get access to all four quarterlies per year.
And that's at the early bird rate, regardless of when you book.
Membership is ideal for anyone who wants to participate regularly and remain part of the community.
